Wonderful Tonight in reggae

All these years, reggae remains one of my few favorite music genres. Man, was I glad to stumble upon this reggae version of Wonderful Tonight by Eric Clapton with Wyclef Jean. Give it a listen. Here's the regular version of Wonderful Tonight if you are interested.

This is a favourite number at Karaoke sessions, at least a colleague never fails to sing it every time. Do you have a favourite song you would sing Karaoke?

Enjoy this one..

Oh no!!! I heard someone doing it in a soft, soulful rendition...so nice! Very sensuous, very sexy. Reggae would ruin it...like UB40's Can't help falling in love. Not romantic at all.

  5. STP, LOL! Having songs done in different genres gives us a variety for our listening pleasure. No?

Come to think of it, I quite like UB40's rendition of "Can't help falling in love". I wonder how it'd sound in rap though. *shudders?* haha..

One thing's for sure. Some songs sound awesome with an orchestra backing.
    Magnifique!
