A Toasted Message

Tired of leaving messages for spouse and children but no one reads them? If your spouse or children bring food to work or school, here's a perfect solution. Have the message on the toast.

When the toast is done, the message that you've scribbled, gets inscribed onto the toast. How cool is that!

  2. LOL! I'd be the one who would have already half eaten the toast before I noticed any messages on it!

  5. PP, this toaster reminds me of a cassette player.

Have you talked to your boss?

LOL, LB! You would, wouldn't you?! Human nature is so challenging!

  6. Andie, I know where! Probably in Japan where you can find anything cute! Or in China where you can find original COPIES of almost anything cute, such as the EYE-Phone, for instance?!

MM, I think you got it! YOU'RE toast! LB, you got that? lol

  7. Can we erase the message and scribble again? Or is it used once only?

  9. I could be made to eat my words.

Actually, I do something like this with K. She takes a kit of chop sticks and spoon to work (school) each day to eat the cafeteria lunch with. I slip a narrow piece of paper under either the chopsticks or spoon with hearts, x's and o's and a "love note" on it - like "You're my sweetheart" or "All you need is love" etc., just to remind her that I am thinking about her.

  10. Awww, that is so sweet! I think everyone should do that. These little sweet, thoughtful gestures sure warms the heart and keep the relationship energized all the time. It's like everyday is Valentine's Day, which it should be, anyway. Lovely!

    LOL on your top line.
